Question What's the return policy?
AnswerYOU HAVE UP TO 3 DAYS FROM THE DAY YOU RECEIVED THE PACKAGE TO RETURN YOUR PURCHASE. WE OFFER TWO OPTIONS FOR RETURNS:
1. FREE RETURNS FOR STORE CREDIT. SHIP IT BACK AT NO COST TO YOU.
2. MONEY BACK ON ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD. YOU’LL RECEIVE A FULL REFUND MINUS THE RETURN SHIPPING COSTS OF $6
Question What's the shipping cost?
AnswerSHIPPING
Your items ship FREE directly from the boutique on orders over $100 from each boutique. If you purchase from more than one boutique, you will receive multiple packages and a unique tracking number for each package.

For orders below $100, we offer $6 flat-rate shipping for domestic orders within America, and $15 flat-rate shipping for orders shipping internationally.

Question What's the delivery times?
Answer1) Shipping Time does not include a 1-3 day processing period required to process your order from the date your order is placed.
2) We will make every effort to deliver your package ASAP. However, additional time may be required due to invalid addresses and custom clearance issues.
3) Should your package not arrive within 21 days after you have placed your order, you must contact Customer Support within 180 days after your order was placed.
Question How do I make a return?
Answer1. Sign into your  account.

2. Find the order in My Orders, click the “Return Item” button.

3. Select the item(s) you would like to return, indicate the reason, and submit.

4. Print the return label and securely tape it on the outside of your return package.

5. Call the post office to arrange a collection or drop off at your nearest post office.

NOTE: If you are paying to ship back the return yourself, you can use any shipping method you like, just make sure it’s postmarked no later than 45 days from the purchase date. (See “Important Notice” section for details)

AnswerWe currently ship to Argentina, Australia, Belgium, Bermuda, Canada, China, Costa Rica, Denmark, Dominican Republic, Finland, France, Germany, Guatemala, Hong Kong, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Luxembourg, Mexico, The Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Sweden, Taiwan, Thailand, United Arab Emirates, The United Kingdom and The United States.
Question How will I get my refund?
Answer1.  Refunds will be processed within 7 days after we receive your package. You can choose whether the refund will be made to  your original form of payment.

2. We will NOT be including the original shipping fee and insurance because they are non-refundable.

3. During high volume seasons such as Black Friday or Christmas, additional time of up to 1 week may be needed to process your refunds. We’re sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you.
